The Banyan Tree Sunset
Even if you've only seen photos of Hawaii, you can probably conjure images of its beautiful cobalt blue waters, intriguing
hula dancers, and lush tropical foliage. However, if you've actually traveled to Hawaii, you're more likely to recall the
potent, aromatic Kona coffee, the abundance of delicious food, the stunning vista's, fields of lava and the warm and
inviting atmosphere. What makes you return is the feeling of aloha. Few places in the world can compare to the beauty
and allure of the exotic Hawaiian islands. This South Pacific gem is so beautiful that it's easy to forget you haven't left
the United States.

Nita & Dave Kailua is a Polynesian village of song and story, filled with many unique boutiques, shops and
restaurants. Keauhou Bay has many tennis courts and is the home of several challenging golf
courses on the "Big Island". The Banyan Tree is located almost exactly between Keauhou and
Kailua, on the West side of the Big Island, approximately 20 minutes from the Kona Airport.
Banyan Tree Condominiums sit along side rolling surf as it washes over black lava reef and
creates tide pools which are an adventure to explore, and you can get within feet of basking
sea turtles! Since the Banyan Tree "Sunset" unit faces the ocean, you won't have to 'dine away'
to experience your own oceanfront seat to our magnificent evening sunset. Our goal is to give
you a home away from home, where you can put up your feet and say, "It doesn't get any
better than this!" We've said it ourselves many times.

Our hope is that our hospitality makes you feel welcome and at home, and that you will return to
us, for that true feeling of 'Aloha' that Hawaii is so famous for. Aloha means, among other things,
'welcome, what is mine is yours', and the Hawaiian people live up to that in a very special way.
No matter what your reasons are for traveling to Hawaii, we bid you aloha... and hope that we can help make your stay
uniquely special.
