Aloha and welcome to our oceanfront condo located in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The condo is truly oceanfront! You can easily watch the turtles & the fish from the lanai and oceanfront windows as they swim in the surf in front of the condo. In addition, we face the best surf spot on the island where some of the top surfers in the world ride the waves! You can also be entertained as you watch the dolphins and whales swim, jump and spin in front of the lanai.

Oceanfront Living Room
The living room features beautiful tropical furniture including a seagrass sleeper/sofa with a deluxe queen size mattress, a teak and bamboo armoire that houses the large HD flat screen TV, DVD and video library and a tropical accent ceiling fan. The floor to ceiling windows are gracefully accented by cream and gold sheers. The golden accent wall has playful fish wall hangings that complete the tropical feel of the room.

Kitchen and Dining Area
Cooking in this well appointed kitchen is a delight. There is plenty of room on the large granite countertop to cook for a large group. All the appliances are full sized, brushed stainless steel and the refrigerator includes an automatic icemaker and filtered water. There is complete service for 8 guests with extra plates, serving dishes, and plenty of glasses for the special drinks you will make. There is a coffee maker and grinder, blender, toaster, rice cooker and microwave. In addition we have included over 20 different spices and herbs for your use. Between the dining table, kitchen counter and Lanai you can easily accommodate 8+ for a meal.

Oceanfront Master Bedroom Suite
This wonderful suite includes a very comfortable King Size pillow-top bed, sliding glass doors to the lanai, bistro table and chairs, mahogany and rice paper shoji screen doors for privacy, tropical ceiling fan, walk-in closet and security safe. The attached master bath features a large custom travertine and glass walk-in shower (with carved petroglyph tiles and stone floor) and double sinks with travertine counters.

Second Bedroom "Woody Room"
You know are at the beach when you enter this room. It features "woody" art, palm frond valance and island quilts and a pillowtop queen and twin size beds. There is plenty of room for your belongings in the large bamboo and teak dresser and closet. This room also has an LCD TV , DVD and a ceiling fan.

Second Bathroom
The second bathroom features travertine floors, counter and full bathtub and shower.
