Ali'I Drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii Rental Rates High Season: Dec 20th through March 31st: $200/night plus 12% tax and $135 Cleaning Fee. (and it's clean!) Low Season: April 1st through Dec 19th: $180/night plus 12% tax and $135 Cleaning fee. (and it's clean!) Ask about minimum nights. Please read my guest comments. A $300 REFUNDABLE deposit may be added to all bookings. Deposit will be refunded after inventory inspection and cleaning. Extra cleaning necessary shall be deducted from deposit. Extra cleaning shall be deemed anything over 5 hours. An initial deposit of $200.00 is due within the first week of booking
your reservation (that will hold your space). The remaining balance
is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment is due if
your reservation is made within the 60 day period prior to your arrival.
There is also a refundable damage deposit of $300 required 60 days
prior to booking. Additional Fees: Hawaii State Tax of 12% (I know... it's crazy) and Cleaning Fee of $135.00 Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your arrival date. Refunds will be issued unless we cannot re-book our condo for the dates in question. Refunds MAY be credited to future booking at owners discretion if we are unable to rebook (Don't worry... we're honest and we've been there!) No refunds will be given on shortened stays. Occupancy:  There
is a King bed in the master bedroom. A queen and a twin bed in the
"Woody Board Room" There is a queen blow up mattress and
a twin pad for the floor... how many you want to sleep is up to you!
(our kids frequently slept on the floor!) You will however only get
2 keys! An additional cleaning fee may apply (if I get charged extra),
so if you pick up a little and wash your towels before checkout...
it pays.Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Late Arrivals O.K. No pets and no smoking are allowed in this unit sorry! Smoking on the Lanai is o.k. |
