Low Season: $180 per night (April 1 through December 15); 4 week rate: $4750
High Season: $200 per night (December 16 through March 31); 4 week rate: $5200
Iron Man Week: $225 per night

Tax will be charged at the current Hawaii rate. From July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 that is 13.42%

Departing cleaning Fee is $135.
If you would like to arrange additional cleaning during your stay please let us know.

Reservation/Security Deposit of $200 is due at the time of booking.
This is refundable after a post departure inspection.


Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of fees paid within 60 days prior to arrival unless the time can be rebooked.

Minimum stay is 5 nights unless there are fewer days between bookings.

For Paypal transactions, there is a 3% surcharge for domestic and 4% surcharge for international payments.
